The book, published by Sweet & Maxwell, is a Jersey and Guernsey Law companion to Mr Kessler’s highly successful English law book Drafting Trusts and Will Trusts – a Modern Approach, now in its eighth edition.
It was welcomed by the Bailiff, Sir Philip Bailhache, who described it as ‘a breath of fresh air.
He added: ‘It is a very practical book which I warmly commend to practioners both here and in Guernsey.
