Syvret's open letter prompts Council of Ministers to meet

Chief Minister Frank Walker said that the content of the letter – which was received by all States Members, chief officers and the JEP – has led him to take ‘soundings’ from his ministers. Senator Walker said: ‘It would be inappropriate for me or any other minister to comment before we have properly considered this matter.’ ‘The nature of the letter has led me to take soundings among ministerial colleagues and we have agreed that we should discuss its content at a full meeting of the Council of Ministers next week.’
