Chaired by Advocate Tim Le Cocq, who is a keen rider, it will hear the testimonies of a number of parents who claim that their ponies were drugged. The panel has been convened by the local branch of the British Showjumping Association (BSJA). The allegations involve the local BSJA young showjumper of the year event which was held on 9 September 2006.
