An analysis of voting figures has revealed that three of the four States Members who miss the most roll calls at the start of States sittings are on the Council of Ministers. Senator Ben Shenton has compiled the figures based on last year’s attendances in the States and voting patterns. They show that Environment Minister Freddie Cohen abstained from the most votes on the floor of the House, and that he joined Home Affairs Minister Wendy Kinnard and Economic Development Minister Philip Ozouf among the top five States Members who missed the first roll call at 9.30 am.
