The speakers are Charles Cotton, director of research at the CIPD, Tim Waygood, founder of the MotivAction plc, Michael Armstrong, joint managing director of e-reward and Mark Thomson, head of reward at the Hay Group.
Mr Cotton is responsible for monitoring trends in reward management in both the public and private sectors, in areas including pensions, company cars and allowances, and employee share schemes.
