Emergency services were called to the crash site on Mont Les Vaux just after 8.40.
None of the passengers was hurt, but paramedics treated the driver for minor hand and arm injuries.
John Morgan, who works at the Shell Garden, said that he came down the hill just after the accident and saw the bus, which had also been travelling down the hill.
‘The bus was on the straight, not on the corner where most of the crashes happen,’ he added.
‘The front near side of the bus was damaged.
It looked as though he might have been trying to avoid something.’
