Mike Stein, who was principal planner for the Planning and Building Services department for 13 years, set up MSPlanning in May last year working from home.
Now he has moved the business into offices in New Street and engaged Stuart Fell, the former head of the historic buildings section of the department.
Said Mr Stein: ‘We’re trying to help clients – ranging from large development companies, large and small businesses and individual households – to get planning permission for their development proposals or address any other issues they may have with Planning – everybody in this Island seems to have had issues with them at one time or another.
