million fit-out is being applied to the £12 million Rathbone House development on the Esplanade in preparation for the target move date of 5 September.

This includes top-floor balconies at the front and rear, mezzanine flooring, glass-surrounded office space for private meetings and a sophisticated filing system with enough storage for seven tonnes of paperwork.

Currently the 150 staff work from three locations – the Weighbridge, Seaton Place, and the Airport.

The UK listed company first established itself in the Island in 1998, when it acquired Jersey trust business Curzon Secretaries and Trustees.

In 2000 it bought Nigel Harris Trust Company, and this acquisition was followed in 2002 with the purchase of Galsworthy and Stones.
