The 11-hour live music event held at the RJAHS on 3 September is up against Beautiful Days, the Cambridge Folk Festival, Glade, Secret Garden, Summer Sundae and Wakestock in the small festival category (fewer than 10,000 spectators) of the second UK Festival Awards.
Launched by Virtual Festivals last year, the awards were created to celebrate Britain’s outdoor live music scene, and the official partners include BBC6 Music, Oxfam and Carling.
The winners in each category are chosen by popular vote and the polls open at www.festivalawards.com on 17 October and close on 7 November.
