Phil Evans’ three overs resulted in two for 19 for SCF while Richard Parker was tidy in his two overs for Abacus finishing with two wickets for eight runs.
Jamie Brewster and Dendy Thompson both retired after scoring half-centuries for St Ouen, who totalled 132 for 2 in 12 overs.
Brewster hit nine fours and Thompson four boundaries and a six.
Air Conditioning scored at 13 runs an over to record a seven-wicket victory, captain Nigel Crocker hitting six fours and two sixes to retire on 50 off just 28 deliveries.
Double-figure contributions all round helped Air Con home with 13 balls remaining.
Beeches finished the season as runners-up after they beat St Helier RFC by 57 runs.
Dave Buxton, eight fours, retired after reaching 50 for the winners.
The Saints were all out for 88 in 10.5 overs with James Perchard jnr, a slow left-armer, taking three wickets for 30 runs in three overs.
