My ATF is an app that allows our customers to manage their heating oil accounts themselves, enabling them to view bills, make payments and, if you are a SMART customer, look at current and historical fuel levels of your domestic heating-oil tank.

My ATF, combined with the supply and installation of free SMART monitors, has allowed us to put all this information into one easy-to-use application, all in one place. We can also keep our customers up to date with our latest news and offers.

At a time when all our time is precious, MY ATF provides an easy-to-use platform where our customers can self-serve with the click of a few buttons.

From initial feedback we have received, we have already started to develop further features such as a facility which will enable customers to track when their delivery will be scheduled.

Jonathan Best, director at ATF stated: ‘The My ATF app was the obvious next step for ATF, as it allows the customer to take full control of their fuel. With the current cost-of-living crisis, it has never been more important for people to be able to manage their fuel consumption and obviously their household costs. The app, especially if it is incorporated with our SMART monitors, will assist customers to manage and budget for these costs. Customer focus is one of our company’s core values and we will continue to look at innovations in the future.’
