The hosts’ 6-0 half-time lead was quickly overturned by Jersey as Ross Adair and Jack Cuthbert touched down after the break, but Ealing responded through Joe Munro and James Cordy-Redden in the final 13 minutes to clinch their first win of the campaign.
Former Red Aaron Penberthy, signed by Ealing ten days ago, added the final touch in the 78th minute with a 35-metre conversion.
The loss is Jersey’s fourth against Ealing in five Championship games.
