The teenager is accused of indecently assaulting a 39-year-old woman on the beach near the Sugar Basin slipway in St Aubin’s Bay on 7 April.
He is also accused of committing the same offence against a 52-year-old woman in Jardins de la Mer on the Waterfront on the same date.
The case was adjourned for three weeks and the boy was remanded into secure accommodation.
