The film, which is the follow-up to Man of Steel – Mr Cavill’s first role as Superman – will hit the big screen this weekend.
The Jerseyman stars alongside Oscar winner Ben Affleck, who plays Batman, and the pair battle it out for the superhero title.
Mr Cavill is due to return to Jersey in May to take part in a 13km race to raise funds for the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, of which he is ambassador.
