Krystal was born to parents Vania Perreira and Jose Fernandes at 6.11 am. The new-born was nearly two weeks premature but weighed just over 6 lbs 6 oz. Speaking after returning home Miss Perreira said she felt blessed by her new arrival.
‘She was due on 13 January. I’m feeling very happy, more happy then ever. She is such a good girl. I feel blessed with my baby girl,’ she said.
Parents James and Nina Horton were delighted with the arrival of their daughter Grace, who was born weighing 7 lb 2 oz at 4.53 am and is sister to eight-year-old Daniel Parmiter.
Emma and Marcus Hartshorne welcomed their second child Mia in the last hour of New Year’s Day. Mia – a brother to 22-month-old Tyler – was born at 11.04 pm and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.
‘She was due on 2 January. She has one older brother and we are really happy,’ Mrs Harsthorne said.
