Welshman Jenkins, winner of the event in 2011, defeated Darius Knight in the men’s final, while 2014 women’s champion Vickers overcame a hip injury to beat first-time finalist Kate Hughes.
Jersey teenager Jordan Wykes, who won his group, reached the quarter-finals of the men’s draw for the second consecutive year, but fellow home favourite Kelsey Le Maistre missed out on a semi-final spot after finishing third in her group.
