For Zane (20) there was a sizeable 30 cm personal best as he retained his U23 shot accolade with a championship record 18.48m.
He also finished second in the discus with 55.59m as the top honour went to training partner Lawrence Okoye who reached 63.66m.
Shadine was in equally impressive form as despite being only 17 years old, she beat an U23 field to win the discus with a PB of 50.63m in difficult, windy conditions.
The following day, in better conditions, she added the U20 title to her collection with a remarkable improvement on her PB to 51.31m.
