In capital markets, Cheryl Heslop has been promoted to associate director, while Will Turner has been promoted to client director in the real estate and Lucy Blampied has been promoted to client director in private wealth. The 21 other promotions were across a range of teams, including human resources, compliance, funds services, performance and reward management, and corporate services. Intertrust currently employs more than 370 in Jersey and recently launched a management essentials programme to develop managerial skills and behaviours.
