JT Group and Prison Service among winners at staff awards

And the States of Jersey Prison Service took honours at the first ever Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Jersey branch awards.

The Prison Service was lauded for implementing the most successful change management programme, while the JT Group won awards for having the best human resources strategy and for attracting and managing talent.

Department store Voisins took the title for outstanding employee engagement, and the outstanding student was Kerrie-Anne Bizouarn of Basel, Trust Group, who received a cheque for £500.

JT Group employee Ashley Cope was runner-up in the student awards, sponsored by Rossborough Healthcare

The winners were announced at a gala dinner at the Hotel de France and were selected by a three-man judging panel chaired by Jersey Post chief executive Kevin Keen He said there had been an overwhelming number of exceptionally high-quality entries.
