A FORMER States police officer has been charged with sexual offences against a teenager.
Elle Rebecca Keens (29) appeared in the Magistrate’s Court accused of touching the teenager in a sexual manner on five occasions last year.
She is also alleged to have made phone calls to the victim for the purpose of sexual gratification on two occasions.
Assistant Magistrate Adam Clarke ruled that the charges were too serious for his court to deal with.
Ms Keens was remanded in custody to appear before the Royal Court on Friday.
