A MAJOR route leading out of St Helier was closed for 45 minutes on Wednesday following a collision between a car and a motorbike.
The crash happened at around 3pm on Queen’s Road adjacent to the turn-off to B&Q, and involved a blue Mercedes car and a yellow BMW motorbike. The road was reopened at 3.46pm.
In the immediate aftermath of the incident, the emergency services were unable to confirm if anyone involved had suffered any injuries.
