Airline asks for views on flights resumption

The airline has been chartered by the government to provide ‘lifeline’ return flights – three times a week to Southampton and once a week to Gatwick during the crisis.

Any prospective passengers must first obtain authorisation from Customs, however the company is hoping to restart some of its regular operations on 29 June.

Chief executive Rob Veron said: ‘The first survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete, seeks to understand people’s views and ideas on air travel when flying resumes.

‘We would like to identify what factors will be important when people choose to fly again and what will be the key reasons for travel.

‘We are also seeking views on what additional steps we can take that will help enable passengers to begin flying again with peace of mind and confidence.’

Following this, the airline hopes to conduct another survey aimed at shaping its product and service offerings as the business relaunches normal services.
