The chef patron at Mark Jordan at the Beach, near Beaumont, will appear on Saturday Morning with James Martin, preparing a roasted Gressingham duck breast with apple pressing.
Mr Jordan will be on the ITV show, which airs at 9.30am, alongside Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston and TV presenter and writer Konnie Huq.
