Two men aged 34 and 31 were arrested on Friday for alleged public order offences at Barkers Newsagents in Victoria Street at about 9.40 pm.
Both men have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
A States police spokeswoman said that officers were aware that the incident had been filmed by a number of people and urged them to come forward with their footage.
