Jersey Calais Refugee Aid Group have been supporting the camp for the past year and next week will work closely with Care4Calais, a charity organisation which delivers essential aid, to help hundreds of children in the camp.
A recent census revealed that there are currently 761 children living in the camp and that 80 per cent of them are on their own.
The majority of the children have been in the camp for four months and the youngest unaccompanied minor is eight years old.
