Gavin Neil Starks (36), also known as Gavin Barnett-Roberts, entered a guilty plea to a revised charge of common assault during a hearing in the Magistrate’s Court last Friday.
The offence was committed at the St Brelade’s Bay Hotel on the evening of 28 May.
Starks was remanded in custody for two weeks pending his next appearance, when the outcome of a social inquiry report is expected to be available.
