The business closed in November and new operators are not expected to take over ‘until the summer’.
The chief executive of Ports of Jersey, Doug Bannister, said that the deadline for tenders for running the café was 28 February, and it was hoped that a refurbished restaurant would be in place ‘by the summer’.
