Jersey Heritage, which looks after the potential listed building along with dozens of other historic properties, has applied to put a TV aerial on the roof of the structure.
Jon Carter, the director of Jersey Heritage, said that the aerial planned for Kempt Tower would not be visible and that Jersey Heritage would not install equipment on any of their buildings in a way that detracted from the properties.
