Did minister encourage Co-op to demolish town buildings?

Simon Crowcroft told the States in the week that questions needed to be asked – possibly by a scrutiny panel – about why demolishing historic buildings in St Helier was considered an appropriate move in developing the Co-op’s Charing Cross store.
