The advert, which shows the effect on children of violence in the home, follows a commercial shown at Christmas featuring two child actors.
The latest advert depicts the same children using their dolls to re-enact an argument between their parents, and is designed to appeal to adults in situations of domestic violence to think about family members who are unable to speak up for themselves.
Inspector Paul Kennea, head of public protection for the State police, said that the aim was to encourage Islanders to speak about the subject.
