Paul Harding has scooped the award for his design of an ultra-modern extension to a Grade 1 listed St Helier property.
Mr Harding’s firm, BDK, has won a Green Apple Environment Award and beaten over 200 other competitors in the Built Environment & Architectural Heritage category.
The national campaign seeks to find Britain’s greenest companies, councils and communities.
