The former Senator, who recently returned to the party he founded before he had to resign his States seat because of ill health, says that at the next election the party will campaign only on reforming the make-up of the States in line with the 2000 Clothier Report.
Mr Vibert said: ‘I want the JDA to become a different organisation than it has been.’ Mr Vibert added that he has also suggested changing the name of the group to Reform Jersey.
