Bohemia Bar and Restaurant is a finalist in the UK Best Dishes Awards 2007 in association with Restaurant magazine.
The oyster recipe has made it into the shortlist of the pasta category and will be judged over the next three weeks after an impromptu visit to Bohemia by the judges.
The winner will be announced on 15 November at an awards ceremony taking place at The Honourable Artillery Company in London.
Chef Shaun Rankin said: ‘This is such exciting news and we eagerly await the visit of the judges.
It follows so soon after being named one of the top 30 restaurants in the UK by The Which? Good Food Guide 2008, which was published last week.
Accolades such as this reinforce the excellence of our food offering and our passion for using the very best local produce wherever possible in our seasonal menus.
