Minister to exempt school fees from GST

Both De La Salle College and Beaulieu were going to be exempted anyway because of their charitable status, but Treasury Minister Terry Le Sueur – and old boy and former teacher at De La Salle Colllege – has decided to exempt Victoria College and Jersey College for Girls and their respective preparatory schools to maintain a level playing field.
