Richard Baudains, of La Pepinière in St Mary, is advertising his dairy farm and 500-strong herd for sale, including the detached three-bedroom home, large sheds and milking parlour and grazing land Mr Baudains said that he was putting the farm on the market for health reasons and was very sad about the situation.
