Imprisoned Islander’s family thanks supporters

His parents, Patricia and David, who are in their 70s and brother Greg – a markets inspector – spoke from the family home in Georgetown yesterday. The family say nobody who knows him believes Trevor would be mixed up in a multi-million-pound drug smuggling operation. The retired banker is protesting his innocence after 216 kilos of cocaine worth £8m was found in a secret compartment of a yacht he and three others sailed across the Atlantic.
