Jersey Post has first chairman

The States approved the incorporation of the Island’s postal service in July and a campaign was launched by recruitment company Hassell Blampied to find suitable applicants.

Bob Hassell said that of the ‘large handful’ of local applicants the panel had a good range of choice, but on balance Mr McPhail offered the ‘best package’.
