Nominator: Jacqui Le Flahec
THE face behind a busy park kiosk has been nominated for the Customer Service Employee of the Year award for being “a friend to everyone”.
Michelle Logsdon, who runs Millennium Kiosk, has been described by her nominator Jacqui Le Flahec as “the most lovely person” who makes time for everyone and remembers all of her customers’ orders.
Ms Le Flahec praised Ms Logsdon for allowing customers to sit and “enjoy a tea and chat” all day, adding that she is “completely non-judgemental”.
She added that she always takes ice out when children in the park are injured or bruised, and always remembers how people like their drinks order.
Ms Le Flahec said: “I have never seen her cross even when it’s a heatwave and her kiosk is unbearably hot.
“She cares about what she does and just wants everyone to be happy.”
