Henry Cavill has adopted a Livingstone’s fruit bat at Durrell Wildlife – while his much-awaited movie with Batman is due to come out next year.
Durrell announced the news on social media earlier this afternoon. Cavill is a well-known supporter of the charity.
Cavill’s first moments with Ben the bat and his mum Claudia have been captured on film.
The Livingstone’s fruit bat is the most endangered mammal at the conservation park.
