EMERGENCY services were called to Midvale Road this evening, with the area temporarily closed off while crews dealt with an incident.
A number of emergency vehicles, including appliances from Jersey Fire and Rescue Service, were at the scene at around 6pm.
A cordon was put in place, while pedestrians and vehicles were prevented from accessing the area.
Several residents from a nearby block of flats were also gathered outside while emergency crews worked in the area.
The road has since reopened and access has returned to normal.
The JEP has contacted the emergency services for further information.
