Paul Watson, founder of the controversial Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, launched a fierce attack against the Hotel de France, which this week hosted the International Whaling Commission’s annual conference, after it cancelled his booking as he tried to check- in.
But the hotel has denied that it was pro-whaling and said it had cancelled Mr Watson’s booking following an earlier confrontation.
