Kamila Reczynska (28) has been in the Island since 2003 and represents a growing number of employees from Poland working in Jersey.
The JRA is part of the Jersey Hospitality Association and an integral part of Ms Reczynska’s role will be to support hospitality personnel and those looking to work in the sector.
She has a masters degree in international marketing and is fluent in English as well as speaking German, Italian and Russian.
She has been working for the JHA as a recruitment and training administrator for the past nine months.
