The service was lost this week after Aurigny decided to axe its services.
But from next Thursday Rockhopper will be flying an interim service, three days a week, to keep the route alive until it can bring in a full timetable next year.
‘We have recently stepped up our services to twice daily between Jersey and St Brieucy, but we have decided to fly to Dinard as well to give people a choice of destinations,’ said chief executive Noel Hayes.
Until next spring, the airline will be flying a daily return service every week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The Jersey-Dinard flight will leave at 9.
0 am and return at 11.
