It will be the fourth new development in the area and follows approval for Dandara’s large office block next to Grand Jersey and the first two buildings of the Jersey Development Company’s major scheme on the Esplanade car park.
The building project will see the historic façade of 27 Esplanade refurbished, 28 Esplanade remodelled and the remaining structure through to Rue des Mielles demolished.
