Following his ‘brilliant’ work behind the scenes with Simon Petulla’s squad over the last 18 months, Kelly was invited to Repton School this week, by England Schoolboys’ coaches Ben Lavelle and Ritchy Alderson (pictured), to talk at the ESFA’s summer camp.
That invitation has developed into an eight-month deal with the national side, and the Islander is now tasked with providing off-field support for the country’s most promising players until the conclusion of the 2017 Centenary Shield.
