The States police received several calls from members of the public at about 1.45 pm after a man apparently jumped over a barrier in the al-fresco dining area and attacked a man.
The suspect allegedly jumped on a table during the altercation in the outside eating area.
According to the States police the man, who is about 5 ft 8 ins tall and was wearing beige or grey trousers and a blue hooded top, got into a white Subaru after the incident.
The alleged victim suffered minor injuries.
