The woman, who is aged in her 20s, is believed to have been struck by a grey Renault which was travelling eastbound along Grande Route de la Côte towards St Clement’s Parish Hall.
She was walking on the pavement alongside the Shakespeare Hotel development. The police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the incident or know the driver of the vehicle to call them on 612612 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
