Almost 50 new frames and hangers will adorn streets and lamps in St Helier this year, providing a golden display that will be joined to the ‘ceiling of light’ that runs through King Street.
Staff have been working on installing the new lights since 17 October and will begin the three-week task of removing them all again on 3 January
