Organisers encouraged all ages to ‘walk it, run it or push it’ along the 5 km route from Jardins de la Mer to Bel Royal and back and provided medals, goodie bags and certificates for all finishers as well as entertainment for children, including a bouncy castle and face painting.
A total of £5,500 was raised and will go to the Special Care Baby Unit and Robin Ward at the Hospital.
‘It was great to see so many people participating in the event this year,’ said Victoria Pearce, founder and vice-chairman of Jersey Children’s Charity.
