Til Lay said: ‘Dave everyone who met you was in awe of you, nobody could meet you and forget about you, you were the guy who once someone had met you they would go home and describe you to their friends because you always made that impact on everyone due to your insane wit and way of seeing things, your never ending kindness and the general entertainment you provided!’
Gary Hedley said: ‘You were an amazing person! Crazy funny! Extremely privileged to know you! My thoughts go out to all your friends and family!’
Nathan Boyle added: ‘A class act and and all round great human being. Dave Miller it was a pleasure knowing you and it is an absolute travesty that you were taken from all of us so soon. You were always smiling, telling bizarre anecdotes and were an entertainer and a real character. You will truly be missed mate and I hope wherever you are now buddy that you are having a riot. Rest in peace my friend.’
